Anchor brick

Anchor brick also known as hanging bricks and anchors, are a new type of anchor bricks for industrial kilns. The electric furnace roof is a supported between metal hanging bricks and refractory bricks. Therefore, the leakage of reactive gas and hot gas in the furnace will damage the metal hanging parts, thereby causing the furnace roof collapse accident.

The walls of industrial kilns and flues are composed of inner lining, thermal insulation layer and outer wall layer. The inner lining is refractory bricks, and the outer wall is made of ordinary fired bricks. These layers need to be connected and anchored, the tensile and flexural strength of the anchor body is significantly improved, and the stress generated at the groove is blocked at the ribs and cannot continue to be transmitted, so the anchor brick of this structure is not easy to break.
